The Finance and Operations Team

The team comprises the Head of Operations and Assistant Facilities' Manager, a team of caretakers, Head of Finance and finance officers; between them they manage all school facilities, lettings, outsourced services, IT, finance and administration.

Tanya Marley is our Head of Operations. Tanya joined us in 2015; she has extensive facilities' management experience and has worked in both the military and education sectors. Tanya and her team are focused on maintaining our facilities and ensuring they are maintained to an excellent standard and that the school complies with all aspects of Health and Safety legislation.  Tanya is also responsible for managing the reception team, school lettings, and ICT. 

Our Finance Manager, Didem Allen, joined the school in October 2017.
