The HIVE is a specialist home-based provision created to support children and young people who are too medically vulnerable to attend school. We provide personalised educational and therapeutic sessions within the home, carefully tailored to meet each student's individual needs, abilities, and circumstances. Most of the students supported by The HIVE have profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and/or complex learning needs, requiring a highly specialised, flexible, and compassionate approach.

Our dedicated staff work not only with students, but alongside their families, building trust, understanding and genuine partnerships. By celebrating every achievement, however small, and creating opportunities that are both engaging and purposeful, The HIVE enables some of our most vulnerable learners to access education in a way that is right for them.
